As Zemedici stated, you're going to take a big hit. I think you're better off assessing what it is about the premium you desire most, and trying to implement those things in your current car. That may be a cheaper route
I just installed the corsa catback today, sounds amazing! I'm going to have to get used to driving a loud car again, my last 5.0 only had borla s-type axle backs, pretty tame compared to the corsa. It's a bit more raspy than I anticipated when getting on it, but all in all it sounds great. Very...
Oh and as far as 50th anniversary or anything mustang related that fits the '15's, this is all I found, I actually ordered it as soon as I got my car back in December and found it to be 100% unusable. It's just a cheap stiff piece of cardboard with a glossy laminate type finishing on it. Too...
I lucked out and found exactly what I wanted at the closest dealer to my house. My must haves were gt premium with PP in either magnetic metallic or dib. The car was never advertised online and was actually a special order for an employee that Didn't follow through with the sale. Car wasn't even...
Definitely clay the car. I did as soon as I got the car and a ton of rust came off the car that washing alone didn't remove. Cars get pretty filthy during the transport process and you can never go wrong with claying a car. Worth the time and effort for sure
Not to pick on you but I'm not sure why so many people seem to think flashing the stock tune back prior to bringing the car into a dealer makes a tune untraceable. The ecu has a counter that can not be reset, even by a dealer. Every time you flash a tune(aftermarket or stock) the counter...
I've read all the posts about the FRPP sport being the same as the s type, although I prefer the borla style slashed tips over the FRPP. I do love the sound of the FRPP though, but I'll wait it out for the borla, especially since its already being priced below msrp even without forum discount.
Any update on the s types? I see it popping up for sale on numerous vendor websites but I've yet to see a single sound clip or actual photo of the exhaust. I previously had the s types on my 2012 GT/CS and it was hands down my favorite exhaust for the s197. Definitely interested in this for my '15.
You're good to wax as soon as you take delivery. The paint should be well cured at that point, so no worries. You definitely should clay the car as well, you'd be surprised how much junk comes off a new car.
I previously had a 2010 GT and a 2012 GT/CS. Both were great cars, but I'm definitely loving my new 2015 GT. Optioned with the PP it's such a great value and very well balanced car. Major upgrade from my previous mustangs in every way. Nice to see ford including more equipment as standard now as...
I suggested meeting up and running our cars at Palm beach international but only 1 other member seemed interested. I think it would be fun, after all, these are performance oriented cars right? I would be down to meet up with some people at a central location and cruise out to pbir for some...
