  3. What are the front fenders made from?

I searched around and cannot find out what material the front fenders are made from on the GT350. I know the hood is aluminum, but I thought the fenders were a plastic composite. Is that true? TIA,
  4. Display when on track?

What do you select to display when you're on the track? I saw an interior shot once on YouTube where the guy had the tire pressure showing. So I was wondering, what do people display and why? MPH? Oil temp? Other temps? Gas Mileage? (just wanted to see if you were paying attention) What do...
  5. Last GT350? Anyone know?

Asking for a friend... no really! I let a friend drive my GT350 about a month ago and the next day he ordered one, after all, what are friends for?! He was just given his VIN but not the chassis number. Based on the timing and that Ford doesn't produce these cars in the winter, he's wondering...
  6. Comparison? Michelin Pilot Super Sport vs Pilot Sport 4S

What's the difference between these two tires? Even the wording on the web site is nearly identical: https://www.michelinman.com/tires/pilot/pilot-sport-4s.html vs https://www.michelinman.com/tires/pilot/pilot-super-sport.html My GT350 wears Super Sports and I'm very pleased with them. 7. Hellcat vs GT350 from a roll, who wins?

Today I was driving a very well traveled route from a car show known for high speed runs. I was next to a Hellcat challenger and he wanted to run. We were doing about 60mph. I must be getting old, because I resisted (well, old or WISE! Because there were at least 5 troopers with radar pulling...

I want to try and match the red used for the word PERFORMANCE on the strut brace. It looks to be the same red used on the R model interior and calipers. I need rattle can spray paint that matches as closely as possible. Anyone know? TIA, Adam
  9. Proper Break-in of any engine

This is an article that was reference by very well respected engine builders (and engineers), Charles Navaro and Jake Raby, of LN Engineering. They are VERY big in the Porsche world, and specifically, the models subject to the infamous IMS bearing failures on the early water cooled engines...
  10. Modern Cobra Snake Logo is different from Original

I tried searching but didn't see this discussed anywhere: How come the FORD Cobra snake logo is different from the SHELBY Cobra logos? When did it change and why? If you look, the current Cobra has a a sharp angle on it's back at the widest part, while the logos from Shelby are curved in...
  11. SOLVED - Unexplained sudden loss of tire pressure every few months

All of a sudden, while driving on the highway, my front left tire went from reading 34 PSI to 24 PSI for the second time in 4 months. Why? (NOTE: My car's tire pressure readings consistently display 2 PSI higher than on my three, high quality gauges, so I run them at an indicated 34 PSI.)...
