Tuners recommend fore systems for a reason, they work and have done R&D with it. Im selling my twin fuel pump hat from fore and ID1050 injectors i took of my car last week. if interested, i can give you a deal on both.
hey is the charge pipe on the hellion kit all 1 piece? or is there 2 pieces to it? I have the same kit but my charge pipe was cut and is 2 pieces and i wanna make sure i can weld them into 1. thanks
In all reality you won't always be driving on 1000 wheel anyways, I just have the turbos to make that power so its already something my setup can do. Are you a turbo car? I got a boost controller so i pick the psi i wanna run, usually stay at ~750 on my lowest setting and thats more than enough...
this what I got from RPG, without sleeves. RPG said it can handle 22-24 PSI, I made 980 to the wheel on about 17 PSI revving out to 5500 RPM before charge pipe blew off. so 1000 wheel is capable for sure and will still be safe for another 4-6 lbs of boost
no i didn't touch the heads or valves, figured that would be overkill for now since my goal is 1000+. i don't always drive on 1000+, boost controller lets me pick what psi. usually drive on 10 psi (750~) wheel. enough for most cars hahaa
I personally wouldn't make over 700 wheel on 93, thats just my thought. 1000 wheel might take a lot of boost with 10:1 CR but im sure your tuner would know more. whos gonna tune it? id go with Lund, best tuner for sure.
you can use a gen 3 with your gen 2 heads and cams, thats what i have. the gen 3 is 12:1 CR vs gen 11:1 CR. You don't need 16 injectors either. Lund tuned and I got hellion TT 62's, full E85. took about 6-8 weeks but well worth the wait. was having issues with my charge pipe so ordered a...
I got this built bottom end from RPG with the ARP studs and billet OPGs. made 980 wheel at 5500 rpm (before my charge pipe blew off) on about 17 psi. RPG said this block can handle 22-24 psi. Make sure you get 12:1 CR. kept my gen 2 cams and heads. RPG customer service is also on point
i had 2 13.5 W7s and 2 JL1000/1v2 slasher amps to power them, one amp per sub. It was stupid loud but sounded nice. this was when i was in high school and took out the back seats from my truck haha. got over that phase and now i just listen to my turbos instead :D. for your car youd be good...
900 wheel on CA ā91ā thatās a ticking time bomb šµ. My tuner put me at like 600 wheel spraying meth with 91. E85 now and still spraying meth but Iām not tuned for both meth and E85.
its a 15 but yah ive heard that the 18+ are a bit different, they even come with twin disk oem im t-56 magnum now and wouldn't go back to mt-82, just my opinion
