It's 435hp and 3705lbs vs 310hp and 3532lbs, both are under $50k. The I4T is 11.39lbs/1HP; The V8 is 8.52lbs/1HP. Each horse has more room to run with the V8. (It's a 173lbs more, with 125HP more pushing it)

Yea, you're right. I guess line lock will just be totally useless to me. I'm better off giving it some good rev's and dropping the clutch quick while adding a small weight transfer via the steering then increasing the throttle to promote rotation. 0 toe on all 4 corners will assist as well.
