I noticed that the hose for the brake fluid reservoir does not seem to be fully seated over the nipple where it connects. I can't push it on any further because there is no slack in the hose. It also seems like the hose is putting additional force on the nipple with the way it is installed...

Yeah, the CEL goes away immediately after I disconnect the Pedal Max and reconnect the factory connector. If I can't get it figured out this weekend, I plan to call JMS on Monday when they're open.
