Update 1644 AEST 26 March
120 nautical miles to Auckland. PARSIFAL is now within terrestrial AIS range so you'll be able to follow her yourself on marinetraffic.com if you are so inclined.
As previously posted she is due alongside in Auckland at 0500 NZDT (0300 AEDT) but will be departing...
Initial delays were caused by congestion at the Panama Canal, and then for some reason the skipper chose to take a more northerly route than the most direct, but I don't think the detour would add more than six hours over the entire journey. She's had the wind at her back most of the way but...
Update 24 March
1080 nautical miles to Auckland. She's due alongside at 0500 NZDT on 27 March and will depart at 1800 NZDT on the same day. NZDT is two hours ahead of AEDT.
I think things have improved markedly since then. My build date was 27 January. You can see the rest of the dates in my sig and I'm expecting to take delivery less than three months from the build date.
Thanks Bob, that's the information I've been looking for. Was going to leave my panel and front pony stock but after seeing your blacked out items I'm seriously thinking of doing the same now. Already got the black 5.0 badges ready to put on.

Actually, my 17y.o. Jeep is getting all the mod money at the moment including new wheels, front and back bars, winch, mesh...
Update 20 March.
2480 nautical miles to Auckland. ETA 7 days.
Interestingly, my analysis shows that she hasn't taken the most direct route. She is currently about 485NM north of the great circle route (the shortest distance between two points over the surface of the sphere we call Earth) from...
Update 14 March
Updated ETAs, probably due to delays at the Panama Canal
Auckland: 27 March
Brisbane: 31 March
Port Kembla: 02 April
Melbourne: 04 April
Fremantle: 09 April
Unlike most other delivery voyages, the manifest for this vessel is showing that Mustangs will be unloaded in each port...
You can send a PM to FordService on this forum with your VIN and they will let you know when it arrives at the port. After that you just have to wait for it to be booked on a ship. Mine took 3 weeks but others have taken two months.
They have been discharging in Melbourne, doing the clearance and QA process there, then using another ship to transfer them to the destination port. There must be some peculiarity with the shipping contract with WW that allows them to do this cost effectively. It looks like the practice is...
