I find this topic intriguing in the sense that the GT350 and especially the GT350R are limited production vehicles, ie, they are only sold to FP dealers and in limited #'s (or allocations). Those that bought may or may not have expected production to continue past 2017 or 2018, but now we have...
Sorry I initially missed this post, can someone bring me up to speed why this info seems valid and not just some rumor being spread on the internet?
I'll admit that as a current R owner, I wouldn't mind if they stopped production of the car. :)
There's people that have paid MSRP for R's, but that's extremely rare to. No matter how hard I tried, I never found an MSRP deal and I tried everything that people here did. You just have to look hard and be ready to pounce, period. What one person finds may not be representative of what you...
I'm a piece of mind guy, and the '17 will come with a longer warranty so I would take that into consideration also. But a loaded out '16 with track pack would be fine if you are on a tight budget (ie extending yourself already as it is).
I consider this a long term keeper car, so getting the...
I have found that now days, finding a Ford dealer that cares about customers is unfortunately extremely rare. Most are only interested in bottom line and one deal at a time. Good to see that some people still have good contacts with good people at Ford Dealerships.
The show is a week away and you guys are saying that it's not happening because there has been no leaks.. am I missing something? Could it possibly be that Ford has kept everything air tight on this project?
Used ones. I've seeing them on the facebook GT350 group, Ebay, and other groups I frequently visit. I can forward the ones I see if you have a specific need, but if you are actively looking I do believe you'll have no problem finding them. There are plenty of R's up for sale right now if you...
Is it me or does there seem to be somewhat of a panic for some to move their "R"? The more prices start leveling off (lowering) the more people want to jump and sell making it worse?
I've seen this in a lot of hobbies with things, but the bottom line is if you are truly passionate about...
If I was buying used I'd be willing to pay more for a one-owner, low mileage car all day long.. I know for me, my mileage is "spirited driving" and about zero highway miles. :) But since it's mine, I am not killing it at every red light, using line-lock for youtube video's, and it's pampered...
The made up dash badge that states it's an R is the most offensive part of this setup IMO. Everything else is just an add-on original part, the dash badge is a counterfeit.
People have been doing this for decades, starting with people faking Shelby's in the 60's and it's never stopped. It's...
A member on here just bought a 2017 with about 7K miles for $49K. Sticker was $60K. That's about a 20% hit for someone, and if they paid an ADM, they lost their ass.
