GT350 is powered by a unique, high-revving flat-plane crankshaft 5.2-liter V8 engine that will produce more than 500 horsepower – the most powerful naturally aspirated Ford production engine ever
How would you guys feel about the 8-900hp level if the car came in with a built shortblock from MMR?
I assume moving to E85 would require more fuel system changes if 97lb are maxed out?
There's no reason to even speculate on price until the model/models are revealed.
If it's one model it could be a base of $50k and optioned out to 65k with CCB etc
If it's two we could see a 50k boss replacement and a 65k+ GT500 or C7Z competitor.
I think there's going to be something...
I'm hoping you guys pull 9s but I think it's optimistic since ford racing was a 10.9x with the TVS.. which I guess doesn't say much considering a tune/tire went 11.2
I think it's already been mentioned, but my take from the ecoboost talk is that selling so many of the ecoboost models has allowed them to create/sell less environmentally friendly options without violating CAFE standards.
Both companies have stated that you see that spike and then slight drop and leveling because the turbos were sized for a daily driver quick spooling turbo.
They've maxed out the turbo on these cars.. once they upgrade them you'll see bigger #s throughout the power band.
I wouldn't hesitate to...
