For sure the problem is dealer related but when I called Ford Spain basically they didn't give any support. I think that you can be happy untill all goes right and there are no problems but if something goes wrong you can just pray because they (the dealers) basically know nothing. At least...

You can find the terms "Magneride" on different sources: products with the line "Magneride compatible", Wikipedia, articles, etc... Also if you think that this term is the contraction of MAGNEtic RIDE it appears clear (at least to me) that this is the correct spelling...
