Saying "your car is messed up" isn't a viable diagnosis. Having an issue like this means something is wrong, no doubt. If the Procharger wasn't on there would this problem still be there? Probably not.
I'd start by going over everything related to having a vacuum leak.
Yesterday we were able to make a few 9 sec passes with my Hellion Twin Turbo car. This car is bone stock other than the hellion kit, return fuel system, torque converter, exhaust. No oil pump gears either. No transbrake and two step. Foot brake only. Next time out we'll try those.

I have the 3b, drives very well. You can tell it has a converter though. I've gone a little over 140 mph with 12 psi, on E85. The track would not hold the power though.
Going back Sunday with new tires, I'm hoping for some 9 sec passes.
I have the collision warning system too. Had to modify the bracket, but it collision control and cruise control doesn't work anymore. I hope there's a fix.
