Yeah I wouldn't stress about HVAC door seal. I own a 40 plus bay auto repair shop. We have worked on many S197 mustangs and have NEVER seen this problem. Also I own a 2011 and have never encountered a problem. Also ford uses this method on other cars. I am positive it's a preproduction thing.

I think it will also depend how fast they let these dealer stocks leave the factory. If these cars after being built only stick around the factory for a week I would say late September for dealer stock. Customer orders put in before July I could then see them schedule in mid sept, built late...

Fox most dealers wouldn't want to have a customer order take a dealer stock allocation. Think about it. If your placing an order this means car is sold. They would rather put in your order as a customer order allocation and still keep a dealer stock open to sell to a walk in customer. Two sales...
