Here are my 28x11.5x17 Mickey Thompson ET Street R bias-bly tires and 28x6x17 Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/R tires. This should be a killer combo with my Whipple Stage 2 setup that is happening in about a week. I was torn about pairing a radial front with the bias-ply rear, because of sway, but...
Update!
Here are my JMS track wheels in 17x10 and 17x4.5. I'm in love with the black/diamond cut finish and just felt it was a nice change up from all of the black chrome setups.
I decided to pair the rims with some Mickey Thompson ET Street R bias-bly tires and Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/R...
Thanks man! FI is almost here. :headbang:
:D haha. I really want to document everything as much as I can in picture and video form. Hopefully it helps some Mustang lovers out!
Thanks man, I really appreciate that. The supercharger should be shipping out tomorrow!
I agree don't buy used it's not worth it. Besides not knowing the history, I can almost guarantee there will be missing parts when it arrives. Ask me how I know.
I'm going to try running 28x6x17 M/T Sportsman S/R fronts. They are a radial, but everybody I've talked to that runs them with a bias ply rear has said there is no sway at the top end. I'm going to be giving them a shot since they are DOT approved and will last longer so that's a bonus.
Please PM me if you have a clean set of 14" standard GT front brakes with rotors for sale. Preferably 10,000 miles or less, please include your asking price.
Thanks,
Jeff
I've had no issues running my 305/35/19 NT05R drag radials (35psi) on the street. No floating feeling on the highway and they even were pretty damn good in the rain considering. I'm assuming you have M/T drags, which may have a softer sidewall.
My Barton has been amazing. It's the only shifter that gives you the option between trans/body mount and it also retains the pull up collar, which I wanted.
Here's a few videos I made with the Barton:

Nope, that's why I have the mud guards that I showed in the video. They are very subtle and have definitely saved my paint!
I will for sure, I'll have a series of videos when I add it along with some track footage. :)
Haha, this was actually a very enjoyable install for me. There were no hangups and nothing too difficult. It took somewhere in the 3-5 hour range, but there was some stoppage time in there.
I have no vibrations, but do have a rattle caused by something trans related. I had a clutch replacement...
What's up guys!
I wanted to share my spacer setup to help anybody out that is considering going 23MM/25MM or even just 25MM all around to show what my fitment is like.
I also grabbed some shots with my AM PP replica wheels before removing them (they are my track wheels for now).

What's up guys!
Had another successful mod day installing my Barton Hybrid 3 shifter, which I'm already in love with. I'll be doing a full review on this shifter in a few weeks but so far I couldn't be more impressed. Also, I had my friends Andrew and and Scott over and they did a few s550 mods...
lolll
they definitely make life interesting. :P
I'm still jelly.
haha, definitely harder to find than one might think. Then try and add friends that all love Mustangs lol. #squadgoals
Yeah, he's definitely set. I'm going straight FI with my car so will eventually be taking the same...
What's up guys!
I had to share this video. We had a great time installing my buddy Scott's Mantic twin-disc clutch on his s550. The install went buttery smooth and now I'm actually looking forward to upgrading my clutch.

What's up guys,
I just uploaded a new video on my YouTube channel and wanted to share it. In this video, I hang out with some friends and install a Ford Racing decklid on my s550 that I was lucky to have gotten a few months ago before it was discontinued. They are still available on eBay, but...
