No, the fact that it was a plan order had nothing to do with the car arriving when it did. Standard O/T 2 order. Other factors could have played a role.

I know of a brand new 350 that is available. It has the technology package and the Recaro seats. It's white however. Let me know if you have any interest as I worked at this dealership for eight years. Cheers.

Hi Bikeman, I've owned every V8 that AMC produced over the years. The 401 wasn't actually in a car, it was in a 1978 Jeep CJ-7 that was a trail rider. Mated to a big 'ol NP-435. Lots of fun. I've got some old pics but they aren't digitized. I'll work on that though!
