I also came from a mopar (gen II viper)...agree with your comment, the amount of aftermarket parts/support for these is overwhelming. Also there are a few major distributors in PA (with free shipping) so you get everything fast. Enjoy the car.

Thanks everyone for the replies, I dealt with performance ford in Randolph, nj...ordered a 2016 gt last Friday and just a call today that the order was cancelled, so I'm looking again.

Just to clarify....when you say PP do you mean performance package or premium package? I just had a 2016 order cancelled from my local dealer due to ford moving on to the 2017's. I think I'm going to call koons tomorrow. That is a great price.

Just got a call as well from my dealer, Ford is no longer taking 2016 orders (at least from their dealership), the order was rejected. This was from Performance Ford in Randolph, NJ.

Thanks, my dealer seemed knowledgeable to the process, they put in a priority code of 10, gave me the Dora, etc.
