They look to me like NT05 (Non R, non drag radial) on the front and NT05R (Drag Radial) on the rear.
Maybe it has a blower and is making 700-800whp, and he wants it to put the power down a little.
I'm also not a fan of the wheels but whatever.
Has anyone tested them? I know typically the limit of the OEM fuel system is reached because the HPFP can't keep up, but in other (non-DI) setups I've seen the use of larger injectors can make the fuel pump's job a lot easier and can make the car support more power with the same pump...
I ran 13.20s-30s @ 102-104 with my manual-trans Premium loaded EB, with only a Lund tune and Racestars/M/T DRs.
Next time out, with no tune change (actually lost a little boost), I switched to a MAP intercooler/catless DP/intake and ran 13.0s at 106 all day long. Very conservative tune.
Now running the MAP intercooler, catless DP, and intake. Still on the same Lund E30 tune, still only 21lbs boost and around 7* of timing on the big end.
So close but no 12s yet! I think if I had been able to make a couple more passes yesterday I probably could have figured it out. Oh well...
1. I wouldn't recommend it. I'd just run the 91 or maybe enhance it with some Race Gas Additive (RGA) if you really want to. I can't imagine there's really a 15-20 more hp gain on 93 vs 91 with stock tune, but I don't know that for a fact.
2. Yes, the increased ethanol content. I guess the...
Thanks to Jason Justi for the use of his MAP intercooler, downpipe, and intake.
Thanks to Turbo302 (Tim) for the install of the IC and downpipe at his shop, Twin Town Motors.
Thanks to Greg and Jon II at Lund for working with me.
Thanks to Hitech for another quick dyno pull today.
It...

Yes, that's basically what I do every time, as I've said. But it doesn't have to be a 1/2 tank. It can be whatever.
When you fill up, set the trip odometer/average mpg meter.
Next time you need to fill up, divide the miles driven by the average mpg on that tank. Say, for example, you've...
Here's a screenshot of a 4th gear log, showing actual FRP versus commanded FRP and RPM. 21lbs of boost.
E30 fuel. Air/fuel and fuel trims are fine throughout, so TECHNICALLY it has enough fuel to support it but it doesn't look good...
...and here is another shot of a similar fourth gear...
I always just add the same ratio of E85 to 93 at each fill up. I don't let it get down low and add the same volume of E85 each time. I use the trip meter and average economy to figure the gallons used, and divide it that way. But that's just me.
Not at all, no way. I'm just saying that one shouldn't worry about having some ethanol in their tanks in these cars. I see no reason to 'flush' out an E30 mix occasionally with straight pump gas as someone suggested.
