Mine does it regardless if the car is warm or not. Only between that 1500-2000 rpm range. Incredibly annoying, sounds like a squeaky belt but it isn't. I have had other supercharged cars that didn't make this noise.
After getting the supercharger installed, I have noticed a distinct whistle/squeal coming from the car. Only happens between 1500-2000 rpms. Any higher or lower and it goes away. Took it to the shop today and was told it was the throttle body whistling at that range. The problem is, the...
I've been incredibly pleased with my tune from Lund Racing. Not being the most tech savvy, I found datalogging with the nGuage to be incredibly straight forward and simple. While it might take a little longer to get tune revisions since you are emailing back and forth, I don't feel as if a...
I just installed the Vortech V3 on my 2019 auto. I am really enjoying it for daily driving. Under 5k rpm, it drives stock. You can't even tell that it has a blower. IAT are lower than when the car was stock, even in standstill traffic. Car is a blast to drive.
I have the exact set up you are asking about and have had no issues with it. Even lowered the car 1.5 in front and 1..3 in back. Still no issues. Love the look of the staggered stance.
That is what I enjoyed about having the Flex Fuel and E85r tunes. When the gas was really good, a quick swap over to the E85r was all I needed. Really miss being able to do that.
Just an update. Lund Racing updated my tune to disable first gear. Car starts off in second now which makes for so much better of a driving experience.
I want to say that I watched a Youtube video about a guy with a Whipple GT and he said that he had his tuner disable first gear. Can't find the video again but I will keep looking.
Ever since getting the car supercharged first gear has just become pointless. Are tuners able to disable first gear? Anybody have any experience with this?
Running a 3.6 right now. The car has been tuned but hasn't been on a dyno yet. No numbers. Hopefully within the next few weeks I can see what she is putting down.
