Yeah I'm gonna take another log today, my tuner richened it up slightly, the car is also cammed with VCT locked out

Can someone look at my logs and tell me what's up with my timing before a shift? I'm getting .5 degrees of knock in whichever gear I start my pull in but after I shift my timing goes to it's proper peak at 23.5*

Can you compare the accuracy of the map sensor vs the calculated boost number in the maf? I have the Ecoboost boost gauge which uses that number and I'm curious about the accuracy
