  1. GT500/Raptor R/GTD Throttle Body Gears

Can get those cheap, not even worth fixing, if one really wanted a stock replacement. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/813206188534355/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post
  2. Leaking DCT lines? Ford has a new solution...

Just curious. When does the thread "start", inside the case?

  4. Pulley Tech (and what not)

I see on the Litens, they give you that little "cap" .........:)
  5. Back on the Scales

Oh, and how could I forget. Big weight savings from removing front spring shipping supports. On the car for it's first 2600 miles until I got it. I was surprised to read 93 octane supposedly weighs more than 87. :)
  6. Back on the Scales

Last time I weighed mine before the cage, I had 4079, 5/8th tank. Only non stock things then was Radar/lidar system, PPF on nose (only), IRS supports/lockouts, and CAI. I think I removed spare kit/stock tow hook/floor mats. 4010 is I think the lightest I've ever heard (from someone that weighed...
  7. Back on the Scales

Thought it would be a lot heavier. Roll bar was advertised @ 52 lbs, DOCOL R8 and I turned 2 point kickers, into 6 point kickers, using slightly thicker wall DOM. I didn't weigh full cage/bar , but calculated about 70 lbs. Removed WW resv and fluid Tire kit/Trunk center carpet/stock Tow Hook...
  8. Pulley Tech (and what not)

My local discount Ford dealer. Pretty good price for a more mild bump. I wouldn't want much more tracking it. https://www.fordpartsconnect.com/search?search_str=NR7Z-6J022-C
  9. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

Street yes, but strip?? (with some bolt ons). Pretty easy to get power out of Predator....... Supposedly "75 grand" worth of engine/mods??
  10. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

Sorry, but this statement "Ford isn't known for it's engineering, it out sources it. Gm does almost all of their own engineering" Does not sound like it's describing ONLY the GTD.
  11. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

    1988 all over again..........
  12. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

Do we know if the GTD or Raptor are also using those "hair dryers" for the "exhaust". Maybe if they "certified" earlier, they did not have to, for one more year??
  13. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

I want to know weight. See how close my "educated" guess was........
  14. POR-15

Love POR-15 stuff, but their caliper paint was eaten off the first time I bled the brakes. I bet their regular POR-15 gloss black paint would hold up better to brake fluid, than their caliper paint.
  15. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

The "current" GT500 was fine. Could have made both screens larger if desired. I just want them in a HOUSING, of some sort.
  16. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

At least put some kind of dash with integrated screen in direct line of site. The other "popup" screens are not my favorite, but might be able to live with.
  17. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

Completely agree with last minute tablets, jammed up against the firewall, with no real dash.
  18. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

It's funny that you just posted that. I didn't like the S650 at all, until that pic.
  19. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

That is not the DHSC. It is a 24 DH with a blower slapped on.......... Is that how Ford got the name?? LOL!!
  20. 2026 Dark Horse SC Mustang (S650) Pricing Released

If you are purely talking the $175K vs the $140K version, then probably (with $35K to spend). But even the "base" CFTP, the variable traction control will probably be different over base. Historically, does anyone tune "traction control", if for no other reason liability? ABS?, that being...
