Yeah unfortunately I replaced those already. Had both spring perch arms replaced last month and it costed $1400.
clunk was there before and it’s there now.
But it only does it over lane dividers at low speeds. Not a peep otherwise
I’m going over to my parents next weekend for a family get together and wanted to gather as much as information as possible to hopefully be as successful as I can trying to track it down.
now I have an idea of what it may be and where to look for it. That is all.
finding a shop around me that...
well for one, I live in an apartment that doesn’t allow any sort of work to be done. Nor do I have a jack and stands on my third story apartment without an elevator
for two, it’s easier to ask so I know what to look for. I’m unsure of what the point of being a dickhead is.
and three, my...
Basically is any NVH normal at all for exhausts?
Maybe I’m overthinking it.
It seems to have done it since I installed an h pipe. I had done it myself but the shop had welded it weird so I made them fix it. It hasn’t gotten any worse over the last year so I’m assuming it’s just exhaust.
I can feel the car vibrating as soon as it starts. It always has a small vibration to it.
no movement upon revving the car but I can feel it in the body.
I have no idea.
where would I check?
its been doing it for a while. It’s the only thing I can think of. I just watched my engine as my buddy revved it and the engine didn’t move at all
Hello all, I have a vibration I’ve been dealing with for the better part of a year and it hasn’t gotten any worse so I’m out of ideas at this point. I just chalked it up to my h pipe and roush mufflers.
it does it in idle, and it does it all during driving.
it isn’t anything crazy. (I’ve...
Don’t believe me, but here’s the proof.
edit: to be clear, I’ve only found 2 shops of about a dozen who know how to adjust rear camber. It’s difficult but it can be done. Plenty of adjustment with stock arms after being lowered 1”. I do have camber plates up front though.
Your alignment tech didn’t do a great job then. I’m lowered 1.1” all around on Steeda progressives and on stock camber arms in the rear, my alignment shop got my rear camber to max out at -1 on each side.
Hello, has anyone experienced this?
I took it in recently for a tracking issue, my spring holding control arm on both sides were bad, so I replaced both of those, figured it was the issue, but it’s not.
the clunking noise is still there. The only time I hear it is when I go over the little...
