The only options I've seen are the bambi mode mod which keeps the fog lamps on with your high beams and daytime running lamps, some vehicles have the option to use the fog lamps are DRLs, I can do it on my F150.
Call and talk to a VA admin or your local veterans office and ask them. My dad was a disabled veteran and didn't know he was eligible for Tricare. That turned out to be his and my mom's supplemental insurance. He never had a problem and my mom still uses his survivors benefit.

I just drilled holes in it last year to add a Roush scoop! Bad timing! I called Roush and they sent me a new template in case I need to install it on a new hood. Great service from them. My corrosion is right on the edge and I'm sure I could sand it and touch it up, as long as it doesn't spread.
