  1. A daily driver that isn’t boring

I’m not sure what the issue is, I’ve driven Veloster N’s and still stand behind the Tiburon V6, while slow, is one of the best sounding V6’s out there. They do make a lot of cars that I wouldn’t touch, but I wouldn’t mind a Stinger GT for a daily.
  2. A daily driver that isn’t boring

Sounds like Stockholm Syndrome to me. šŸ˜‚
  3. A daily driver that isn’t boring

I just got my 3rd Focus ST for a daily. They’re hard to beat for the price. This one is a Tuxedo Black 2014 ST3 trim. Has a rebuilt title from getting T-boned and blowing the side curtain air bags. Bought it from the original owner that fixed it. It’s not perfect, but owned by an older gentleman...
  4. Dangerous driving - tips for a newbie to muscle cars

Sounds to me like you may want to avoid cars that make a good bit of low end torque. Coyote makes power at high rpm, lacking in the torque department. Also sounds like you may want to leave all the nannies on, public streets aren’t the place to find the limits of your Mach 1. That’s how you end...
  5. New GT500 CFTP Owner

It went from their lot to someone I assume they're associated with in another state and came back. It was a super nice car, the tinted tails not my cup of tea but otherwise super nice. I had them move it to the service dept and put it up on a rack to inspect the bottom of it and I saw nothing of...
  6. New GT500 CFTP Owner

You bought that car? I'm honestly surprised they let it go for MSRP. I looked at it when they first got it early last month. They were asking $130k for it then, I offered $115k and was told there was no way they would be selling it for anywhere near that "low" of a price. They were very not...
  7. Planning ahead for boost, I have some questions.

Oh for sure I’ll be reaching out to Beefcake as I get closer. Right now it would be a waste of his time and the price would be bad by then I’m sure. I’m more or less window shopping at this point to find out the pros and cons. But it may be a little longer if I need to start planning for trans...
  8. Planning ahead for boost, I have some questions.

The $11k was figuring a fore fuel system and billet wheels. The kit comes with oil feeds and returns from the parts breakdown. I’d need boost control still.
  9. Planning ahead for boost, I have some questions.

i haven’t seen one in person yet. But I’d that’s the difference then while may be the move. I have a good friend of mine trying his best to convince me the Hellion street sleeper kit is the way to go to. But after adding billet wheel 62/62’s and a fuel system it’s $11k
  10. Planning ahead for boost, I have some questions.

That’s something I haven’t read much on. I’ll definitely do some digging to see what the A10 can handle.
  11. Your experiences with a Ghost cam tune

I’ll own a WS6 one day. Those are by far my favorite F-Body. A friend of mine has a sunset orange 6 speed car. It has a BTR cam, Fikse FM5 wheels and a host of BMR suspension stuff. It’s just plain fun.
  12. I drove my first EV

Mines provided, so I still have fun outside of commuting. It’s hard to have fun commuting in Atlanta traffic so why waste a good car on that?
  13. Planning ahead for boost, I have some questions.

I was planning on using green cats if I have to go headers. I’ll need to do some research on that one. I’d prefer to not go catless if possible, but if that’s needed, then so be it.
  14. I drove my first EV

My job provided me with a Tesla Model S for my daily commute to and from work. We are a dealer for a yellow fork truck company. I charge my Tesla at work and just drive to and from. It was an interesting learning curve, but I enjoy it for what it is. For a daily it excels, for anything else...
  15. Planning ahead for boost, I have some questions.

No sir I live in a non emissions county, with no intentions to move to one.
  16. Planning ahead for boost, I have some questions.

Mainly street and some fun in the mountains. Not likely to be on a drag strip, I have a better car for that. It may find its way to Road Atlanta at some point but nothing competitive.
  17. Your experiences with a Ghost cam tune

That’s part of the fun! Back when my Chevelle had a 509 I dailied it for a while. It had a 248/[email protected] cam with .647/.647 lift. It was fun in traffic with a manual. Damn near get whiplash idling in 1st gear. šŸ˜‚
  18. Planning ahead for boost, I have some questions.

I’m planning ahead to start making the necessary mods for boost. A few questions to determine the method that takes place. For what the car has now, 20x10ā€ Velgen VF10 wheels, stock springs, FRPP shocks/struts, Steeda stop the hop kit and sways, Corsa active exhaust. I’m leaning heavily towards...
  19. Georgia WTT - Corsa Extreme Active for Borla S-Type active

As the title says, looking to trade my Active Corsa Extreme for Borla S Type Active catback. My Corsa system is in great shape, no valve rattle. Has 5k miles on it. Still on my car, just wanting to do headers soon and I’m fairly certain the extremes with headers will be way too loud for me.
  20. Your Favorite boutique Car?

For me it was the Callaway SuperNatural 475 or 490. Both were based off the C4 ZR-1.
