Iāve had a few people ask in messages. The only real mod is an 2.75in diameter resonator delete X-pipe (same size at the GT350R) professionally installed by the well known āExhaust Addictsā. Otherwise she is bone stock mechanically. Ford inspected the car 500 miles ago in order to get the...
Thanks guys! Have had some interest in the car but no one has shown up with a check yet. My loss is someoneās gain as this car is incredibly clean and ready to rip š Iāll still be looking for something fun when it sells, but with a few more doors.
2017 Avalanche Gray GT350 12.3k miles in pristine condition. Drives perfect and is one of the best sounding cars out there as it happily rips to 8,250 RPM. We have a little girl on the way hence why I am letting the car go.
Location: Nashville TN
- Clean title in hand
- No accidents or issues...
Leaving this here if any GT350 owner is looking to replicate the R. I first tried a shifteck x-pipe and it sounded great up top but not like the R. It was almost too raspy down low. I then switched to the LTH X-pipe sold by Steeda and to my ears it is an exact match (as youād expect with LTH...
I read it as manual bronco not manual retractable roof š Then all good plow on ahead! Mine looked great (in my opinion) so I hate that I didnt love it
All of the manuals make a rock crushing noise in 1st gear (some very noticeable, and others less so) and Ford has put out multiple TSBs trying to fix it with little to no success. I loved my bronco but the dealer basically told me it shouldnt make that noise but we dont have a tech that can do a...
Previous owner of a 4 door bronco manual. Please read this and do not get the manual. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/manual-transmission-scraping-noise-grinding-sound.33282/page-9
Congrats on the car, stunning color. I hunted on Carmax for about two months mainly because their warranty is a nice benefit before I ended up buying one privately. Was able to get a Granger Ford warranty so it all worked out. Enjoy the car š
Yeah some of the straight piped 4 cylinders and the like are painful to hear š They do quality work. Would recommend them for anyone in the Tennessee area. Iāll be letting them install the LTH as well š
Plot twist: Have an LTH X-pipe on order. I had heard complaints about the 2.5in tubing on the shifteck making a weird noise down low (like a trombone almost). I really liked it above 3k rpm, but then drove with a buddy and his 350 with the LTH X-pipe and it has a deeper yet still raspy noise...
This is my car, you can hear the noise Iām speaking about around 4:10. Sort of like a trombone. But amazing once it gets above the 3k range.
This is my buddies car that has a LTH X pipe, you can hear it at 6:50.
Iām not going crazy right? š Will most likely order the LTH pipe soon.
Hey all, I recently installed a shiftech X-pipe. It sounds amazing in the higher rev range, but has some significant raspiness in the 2-3k range. I think it is due to the 2.5in tube. Does anyone have the LTH Resonator delete (2.75in tube that matches the R)? Any sound clips or reviews would be...
Alright, complete exhaust rookie here, but I have a question for the group. I just got my hands on the shifteck pipe. Welds looks good, but the top of the optional neck section isnāt perfectly circular on one side. Would that affect the sound? I would like to keep the neck section so if it will...
Man this post got off topic lol. Don't think 0-5hp is worth bickering about. As long as a resonator delete doesnāt lose power then itās all good in my book. Iāll report back here when I get the Shifteck X on the car š
