Mine lost the overly-stiff feel after 3- 6 months of daily driving. I did the BG Synchro II transmission fluid swap at some point and that also made everything feel more smooth. I use the hammer style shift knob MGW sell with the heaviest insert & knob stem. Hope that info helps.

What spring rates are you running? What youre describing sounds like a front end sway bar adjustment. Also, how low are you? Did you correct for bumpsteer?

If I recall correctly, it'll fall somewhere between 1.7 - 2 degrees of front camber. Which i believe is considered "street spirited-ish". I have camber plates, 1.7F & 1.5R 30k on continental summer tires so far. Wear is good and of course it helps if youre running a square setup to rotate...
