I have taken my EcoBoost and then my GT to MAK Performance in Hialeah. They're one of the top Mustang shops and know their stuff. The ACC sensor is not attached to the bumper cover, it's attached to the body of the car. So when you remove the bumper cover it stays in place and nothing is affected. I don't have a coupe. On a convertible it's very easy as you just need to run the cable up to the trunk lid. On the coupe you have to run it inside and my understanding is you have to pull back the headliner. Whether that's hard or not, I don't know. I don't have a headliner to pull back :-p...
