Try shifting it with the engine off. If it goes right in your clutch is not fully releasing, often called dragging.

Check under the hood if both heater hoses are hot. Low coolant will stop flow to the heater core.

A whup whup whup sound is typical of a wheel bearing going bad. Jack it up and spin both sides and compare sounds. If you have jack stands you can run it up to 80 MPH, put in neutral, shut it off and listen at each wheel as it coasts down.

Take a look at the throttle body, might need cleaning.

Possible crankcase pressure building up. Ck pcv system.

Changing wheel offsets will change scrub radius, this will affect stability and steering feel.

The original poster said he has a "bad ass tune", does that mean the knock sensors are turned off?

If it has a battery with removable caps check the electrolyte level, at that charge rate it might be low.

I like your idea of a vacuum leak. Try brake clean with the red tube stuck in the nozzle. Spray in short bursts all around the intake. You will hear rpm change if you have a leak.

This sounds like it could be a blend door problem. If some of the vents are blowing cold that means the system is working but air distribution is incorrect. R+R of an evaporator is too big of a job to be guessing.

Any whistle sound would be a vacuum leak. The extra air would disrupt fuel trims and cause some of your symptoms. I would make sure the throttle body is clean.

To add to my previous post. This actually happened to me once. The stop lamp filament breaks inside the bulb and touches the tail lamp filament. The stop lamps are then back fed by the tail lamp circuit. Remove the bulbs and look carefully at the filaments to see if they are touching.

Sounds like the tail lamp and brake lamp wires are reversed. Possibly bulbs installed backwards? Look at wiring at rear to see if some one butchered the harness hooking up trailer wiring.

Possible plugged exhaust. Usually damaged cats.

If everything in the suspension checks out ok try swapping the front tires left to right.

Sounds like your clutch is not releasing fully. To test, with engine off and park brake released shift into first or reverse, start engine with clutch pedal on floor. If car rolls at all or jerks you have a clutch or hydraulic throw out bearing issue.

I really like that hood. Is that a scoop installed on a stock hood or is that an after market hood?
