I was trying to figure out what the correct part number is for the aluminum shield that sits right on top of the fuel tank - the tank straps go on top of this shield. It is all aluminum and does not look like FR3Z-9A032-D which seems to be plastic at least based on pictures I found.

Does anybody know what is the part In my pictures where the arrow is pointing at? It is located between the rear driver side engine head and firewall. It looks like a rubber bulb with some sort of plastic 'valve' on top. Thanks a bunch!
On a car with R front hubs (long studs) is there a reason not to use 5mm spacers (or similar, basically thin spacers) as a fine tuning tool for front/rear balance while running wheels with stock R specification (not square setup)? Will that cause any interference to fender?
