Georgia GT350 (and R) driver side lower panel and rocker molding

I have a driver side rocker molding for GT350 and GT350R. This comes with 2 parts. The actual lower panel which is brand new and needs to be painted in the car color and the actual GT350 specific moulding. The 2 parts are sold as a single part by Ford and are riveted together (rivets were removed but can be replaced with bolt/nut or another rivet - I have low profile bolts and nylon SS hardware I can include if desired - better than rivets).
The lower panel is as I mentioned new and unpainted (this one fits a GT350 and also certain regular Mustangs). The GT350 specific molding is a 9 out of 10 condition wise (there is a small nick you can see in a close up picture). I am not sure if I want to split the parts yet. I am asking for $450 together plus shipping.
