What about the 18+ don't work? Is it the new shifter boot? I think my '17 has the newer shifter boot since it doesn't match the one in the videos. I was able to make it work. It's a little bit of a pain but not too bad.

Mine actually showed up today! No email saying he shipped or tracking number. I imagine that my credit card company contacting him had something to do with it.

Apparently I wasn't smart enough to not order from him. I'm only going on 12 weeks which seems a short time compared to many. According to him it's going to ship soon... It wouldn't be an issue if he was honest when he gave is time estimates. Saying 7-8 weeks knowing it will be closer to 7-8...

I'm glad to hear that you are liking them. I went to put them on last weekend and found out I don't have a jack that will fit under my car. So I got one ordered and it should be here by the weekend. So that's my plan for next weekend.

Mine would get hot enough that if I had a metal water bottle in the cup holder it would get to hot to hold.

That's a good idea. I just re-seated my boot and it pretty much fixed my hot console problem but keeping it even cooler and quieter sounds even better.

Any chance you guys have anything that protects the top of the bumper? I'm always nervous whenever anyone puts anything in my trunk.

Oh and mine would get especially hot when I had the windows down vs up with the HVAC going. I'm pretty sure having the HVAC going pressurized the cabin preventing the heat from entering.
