Im looking into doing the same to my gen 3 I could be wrong but I think magnuson only offers supercharger kits for gen 4 and f150s at the moment thats why im saving for and edlebrock e force kit, just make sure to read everything carefully or call and speak to someone at mangnuson before buying...

I agree it sounds like timing but swapping plugs and coils takes a couple minutes so does just giving everything a once over

I get it but swap the coils and plugs, make sure the blower is seated good on a clean surface so your not pulling in air someplace that the car cant see causing it to be alittle lean and misfire, check all your lines and everything you can check, then if everything is checking out ok you...

If the timing is only alittle off I doubt you will get timing codes unfortunately, are you getting other codes besides the misfire?

Definitely could be timing issues, if you swap the coils and plugs into a different cylinder see if the misfire follows the parts, best of luck

Do you have a specific reason why you dont want a remote tune?

Did insurance tell you the car needs to run when they pick it up? If they are saying its totaled you could just slap any manifold and intake you can find from some online junk yard or some other website then when they come to get it just have them tow it out I highly doubt they will be looking...

I get if you dont like him but dont understand how you could hate on this swap, he is making more power then the ls9, he is a coyote tuner so its his bread and butter, I've seen way to many mustangs powered by chevy engines, I think this car is awesome and love thats its not just the same old...

Sorry to hear that man but im happy your doing ok You will have to figure out flashing a stock tune, if you dont have a tuning device you may have to get one unfortunately. For the intake manifold I would look for a used intake manifold try here, ebay, or parts farm they have tons of used stuff...

Looks like the tires have dry cracks, from the 1 picture it looks like those tires are from 2022 (atleast the one in the first picture) so they have 4 years of aging on them. Some tires shines also dry out your tires which might explain why its mostly on the edge of the tire that spot is also...

Is it a new kit or used? You could remove the top lid and inspect the rotors if your worried they are rubbing
