Steeda gives you a soft set of springs in case you don't go to the gym. Install the stiff springs first, if it is too hard, go to the gym :headbang:

So ray(dezl50) gave me an epic review of steeda's shifter. You guys know my opinion of it. he currently has a barton and i asked him to come check steeda's out.

I LOVED my catless LTH/Xtreme setup, but they're right. The worst thing in CA that can happen to your car other than it exploding, getting wreck, or stolen is getting state ref ticket...

I should have specified, it wasn't so much noise from the shifter. More like outside noise coming from the open chassis since i did not conver it completely. But what you said is very valid. The arm of the shifter assembly wen in pretty smug for me
MGW shifters are trans mounted, they'll move in whatever direction your trans moves. If you trans is slightly tilted i guess that would explain some peoples slightly crooked shifters. You cant go wrong with either of the three main ones out right now
