Just to clarify... don't use the non-nav update on a 2.0 unit.... the nav update. You can use at your own risk on a 2.0 update but if there is an issue that is on you. However nav units have been okay thus far 2.0 to 2.2

Seriously lol... I agree 100%. This isn't that bad... what's worse is when people start messing with FORScan and similar programs to modify the stock computer settings. And you get a used car and stuff is all out of wack lol.

They are the real deal ford update... signed and all. Otherwise you would get this error if someone tries to tamper with the files: Ford released the update for most 1.0/1.1 Lincolns with Sync 3... none of the Ford vehicles yet.

Give it a shot... if you get an error about file signature when you go to flash it is usually because you used a mac. Not sure if they have fixed this with newer updates. If your mac can format usb drives as exFAT, you can use FAT32.

Color is irrelevant... you need the hub with the Apple CarPlay MFI Authentication Chip inside of it. Otherwise just buying any random new USB Interface will not give you Apple CarPlay.
