I do this sometimes on long trips but then it feels weird because I drive in sport+ so often lol. And it feels really weird when I put the steering in comfort mode.
Most likely I won't run the throttle controller, but it depends on how the tune comes out and how the car responds to the new mods. It's really snappy on E85 as is so we'll see. Also I drive the car pretty much exclusively in sport+ with track exhaust.
This is the best simple mod I've done. Pocket inserts for the door handles.

I have a PP2 and they have 305/30/19 Cup 2's on all 4 corners. Tramlining was pretty bad but I had gotten used to it. I went through 2 sets and this last time I got tires I switched to Continental Extreme Contacts to get more life out of the tires instead of shelling out 2k+ every year for the...
No it will not be as quiet but it will still be very quiet. I have cat deletes and an H pipe and quiet mode doesn't wake the neighbors, and you can barely hear it while driving with the radio on unless you go full throttle.
Hey all,
I was wondering what the difference is if any on the rocker panels on the 15-17 and 18+ models. I see some companies list different parts for 15-17 and 18+ side splitters but they look the same to me from what I can tell. Looking at RTR specifically. They have different part numbers...
I have not installed mine yet. I am installing mine with my GT350 manifold. I just filled up with my second tank of 93 so when I'm done this tank I plan do do the swap. However work just picked back up and I'm back to 72 hrs a week so not sure when I'll have the time to do it.
That being said...
I have pouches from Amazon as well. They work very well. I tested mine by having my key in a pouch inside the cupholder, on the seat, in my pocket and in every case the car did not recognize that there was a key. And this was after I used the fob to unlock it.
I'm not quite sure. I looked up some videos of GT500 intake installs to try and figure this out. From what little I could see it looks like it goes on outside of the airbox. I looked at that spot on my car and it looks like that square wedge locates in a notch in the body underneath the rad...
I ordered the clip for the body mount so that's why the threading was wrong. The airbox does not come with the clips and they are a separate part. I updated the post with links to all the parts. you can use the clips and stud bolts from the GT350 airbox and If you don't like the studs they can...
So this is the list of everything you'll need to do this. I found that Levittown Ford Parts has almost every piece you could possibly need at very good prices and they are also a forum sponsor and I believe they offer free ground shipping on big orders for forum members.
You can reuse the...
So bit of an update. I got the parts today. Did a dry fit of the GT500 airbox and lid and it fits with no issue. Was kind of a PITA to get in with the intake tube, sound tube, and engine cover on (all of which will be removed if doing a GT350 intake manifold and the sound tube will be removed if...
According to the Ford Performance Parts website it is the same. It lists it as original equipment for the Bullitt. I believe it is just a separate part number for people to buy with the Ford Performance manifold and with the power packs.
