These are menu options (on/off) in Forscan under the module's settings. I think you would be safer using Forscan rather than editing the values directly.

I would try restarting the procedure when the car is fully warmed up. Also make sure you are using the latest ForSCAN version.

For anything rattling, TESA Tape (cloth tape) is great for insulating between pieces around trim clips, etc.

How did they get bottomed out? Have you re-tightended them a few times... are you using an impact driver?

It is normal for the battery control module to regulate the voltage betwee 12V-14V, to prolong battery life. Rapid charging batteries kills them faster. Always do a BCM reset after replacing your battery.

On premium oil, I usually see 221F-225F here in Miami. If I swap to Motorcraft / Ford oil, I will see 226-231F. Ambient temperature doesn't seem to have much effect on the peak oil temperature.
