  1. Clutch line o ring replacement

I believe it is a standard 010 o-ring. Make sure you use a green "AC" line one, which will not degrade from the brake fluid.
  2. rattle in center console (not shifter)

For all the trim pieces, just back the clips with a piece of TESA tape (cloth tape). A common rattle is the plastic piece above the steering column and below the odometer. Just put some cloth tape on the little J clips sticking off the bottom. The center console rattle could be from a couple...
  3. Manual Transmission issue - hard to get into gear, clicking/ratcheting noise at idle after launch

Chatter and a cracked transmission arent good signs. The transmission needs to be dropped and inspected fir proper diagnosis. I wouldn't keep driving it and making things worse.
  4. Rear brake squeal - even after new pads+rotors

I would ensure the brake caliper pins, back of pads, and the contact points for the spring clips have brake grease. My oem pads squeaked after some normal wear. For street, you can swap to Powerstop Z23 / Z26 pads and they are low dust, and dont squeak. For more spirited driving, check out...
  5. Clunking noise coming from somewhere under car.

Some things to check. Sorry for the long list but it could be a bunch of things. Remove rear wheels and mark axle nuts with witness marks (white paint) to ensure they aren't coming loose. check the differential bushings aren't cracked or failing if there was any suspension work, clock the...
  6. 2019 GT350 (no B&O/Tech) - adding kicker Key amp... disable ANC and ESE with forscan?

These are menu options (on/off) in Forscan under the module's settings. I think you would be safer using Forscan rather than editing the values directly.
  7. looking for information about a part located in my front hood

If it's under the battery, doesn't that mean it's through the firewall and behind the glove compartment? Have you dropped your glovebox to peer behind it?
  8. S550 Connector List

Thank you for putting this together @slonison
  9. Washing motor with water.

I tie grocery bags on anything electrical and gently powerwash. Then I leave it wet and spray with Koch Chemi Motorplast and let it dry (no wipe).
  10. 2017 GT350R: Always starts audio on set to AM Radio

No way to say for sure, but I recommend you try to fix the read/write cache in Sync 3. Chances are it got corrupted and it's not propertly writing (or reading) your last-known settings. You can use a Windows laptop and CyanLabs Syn3 Updater to try to fix. On the utility tab, you choose...
  11. Update: Need help on random misfires Coyote V8 2021, no codes, no CEL

Mustangs don't have cylinder deactivation. I agree with @junits15... I don't think this is necessarily the cause for your "annoying engine stuttering," based on the report you provided. I also agree with with @ORRadtech who is encouraging you to not ignore engine stuttering as it could be a...
  12. How long should it take to do a crank relearn on forscan

I would try restarting the procedure when the car is fully warmed up. Also make sure you are using the latest ForSCAN version.
  13. Front speaker plastic trim rattle - Please help.

For anything rattling, TESA Tape (cloth tape) is great for insulating between pieces around trim clips, etc.
  14. Exhaust clamp question

How did they get bottomed out? Have you re-tightended them a few times... are you using an impact driver?
  15. Possibly bad new alternator; what's everyone voltage range?

It is normal for the battery control module to regulate the voltage betwee 12V-14V, to prolong battery life. Rapid charging batteries kills them faster. Always do a BCM reset after replacing your battery.
  16. Looking for Factory Clutch Assist Spring

Well, got my two $15 springs today. UPS guy knocked on the door and charged me $60 in tarrifs + broker fees.
  17. Sanity check - Amsoil 75W-90 fine for my diff?

75w-90 is fine. Go with 75w-140 for track use. Add in Limited Slip additive for street use to quiet the Torsen down. I agree that Amsoil probably already had the LSA in it. Also Recommended...
  18. Looking for Factory Clutch Assist Spring

Thank you for the cross-post @Nightmonkey . Very useful! I am going to give a couple of the springs a try.
  19. What did you do to your GT350 today?

On premium oil, I usually see 221F-225F here in Miami. If I swap to Motorcraft / Ford oil, I will see 226-231F. Ambient temperature doesn't seem to have much effect on the peak oil temperature.
