It’s very minimal but it’s off just enough to rub wish I woulda seen it sooner it looks like it rubbed right through the ppf and got the paint sucks
@WD Pro yea after going around and checking all the gaps you are correct it’s the door itself not the fender I remeber I came across a pdf about adjusting the doors when I was searching stuff for comparison the first two pics is my drivers side then the passenger side gaps
@WildHorse yea that’s what I’m worried about tweaking it then something else is out of line I was looking at front bumper to fender line and it’s slightly off like the fender is back towards the door slightly if I had to guess a wave line lol
Hello I noticed today my passenger door slightly rubs the fender I have ppf on both parts it looks like it’s rubbed down the ppf possibly into paint. I’ve done a little research and seen you loosen the 3 bolts inside the engine bay then the 2 by the window and can try to slide the fender foward...
@sms2022 good driving on your part for sure there very quick cars I’ve had about 5 run ins with them so far stage 1 91 tuned vs me on radials with catback I got about two cars on him. Buddies stage 2 e30 downpipes resonator del vs me being fbo e85 I got 3-4 cars on him. I raced a manual 16 that...
@HKusp I was told the same thing when I was looking at a roush even tho the dealers sell roush and shelby cars when you bring it back to sell they act like it’s some monstrosity and there gonna have a hard time selling it due to the vin so the low ball you kinda of a shitty deal. On a side not...
I also added vibrants I had corsa extreme double h pipe active in my 22 it always had an awesome sound then after arh catless headers it gained that same raspy rattling sound your talking about sounded like crap. I added the vibrants on the second h pipe portion and it made a night and a day...
I know this post is old was wondering if that peice just popped off I got one on mine that’s sticking up for some reason was gonna replace it as well
You’ll notice a little better tip in and seems to rev a little freely I wouldn’t say it’s a huge difference or your gonna gain a ton of power if any really. If your gonna pair it with other mods I think it all compliments each other cai ported manifold etc. I’ve had it on for about 6-7 months on...
You’ll hear different things on this if you can get your stock one ported or pick up a ported one on sale then sell your stock one and get this done around 300 it’s a good mod in my opinion. Kinda like doing a cai for that price I think it compliments other mods I personally watched my car gain...
@GTP i went to my local dealership and showed them the tsb that part number you just put is the one on there i just double checked so if you give them that they should be able to look it up. they didn’t have it but checked stock and said another dealer had 4 in stock so I went there and they did...
@GTP When I do the passenger side I’ll try to get a measurement as for the top hole its not open I don’t think a rubber plug will fit in there that’s why I took the middle sticker and put 3m tape under it and covered it. Someone on here has a link to that tsb if type it in on google it brings it...
So I noticed my stupid little stickers had peeled back some luckily I didn’t get any water in the interior so I went to ford and picked up the little rubber plugs they made in that tsb was easy enough other than it’s real tight just threw some touch up paint on the bare metal I’m also thinking...
@metalmadman yea my gen 1 had some sort of different noise idk how to even explain it wasn’t a tick almost sounded like an exhaust leak but after having the car in the air three different times I gave up and just accepted it was normal until something blew or otherwise but it never missed a beat...
@metalmadman the legend of the coyote tick ha ha. my gen 1 for some reason didn’t have this same tick even tho ford says they all did and it’s normal however it made it’s own weird noise from the passenger side that worried me but nothing came from it. the gen 3 tho seems it’s automatic as soon...
@metalmadman i once thought about that as well kinda sounds like that expanding metal sound in a way but sadly after adding headers and no cats its still there after a fresh oil change ha ha. Just noisy engines only thing I’ve ever heard that makes sense is someone on here awhile back said it...
Vibrant 1794s did the trick for me they lowered the volume slightly but mainly they cleaned up the raspy tone of being catless had them welded in the double h pipe of the corsa extreme if you search on here you’ll find other owners that had good luck with these resonators.
