Thanks all for the feedback. Looks like head temp of 195 and normal oil temp is on the safe side. I'll also might test that LC icon to see what are the conditions for it to show up.
Maybe a stupid question but what are the things you look at to figure out that the car is warmed up enough to go WOT. I have a 2018 GT pp1 and usually I wait for the engine temp gauge to be in the green (indicating normal). Is it enough? Should I wait for any other reading (gearbox oil temp, oil...
when you remove the rubber at the bottom of the drinks holder, you should see a hole to put the key fob in it that will then enable you to push start even though the batterie is dead. you have to put the keyfob (plastic case). not the metal key.
Removed a metal rod from my Pilot sport S4. Tire is only 2 weeks old. Fount out there was a big metal rod in it yesterday. Was really not happy as I did not want to buy another one already. Luckily, when removing it, found out it had not puncture the tire all the way. So everythings fine. Guys...
same here. Been 10 years since I drove a manual before getting my 18 gt. At first I though I was not shifting correctly.
I will talk to the dealer at my fist oil change. I am at arround 3000 miles.
well i though since they post a blue horse that they were referring directly to the mustang. But if it is only inspire by the mustang bit does not share the horse/mustang name, i am ok with it.
I would welcome a ford electric SUV/crossover. But why use the mustang name? Couldn't they come with something else? What will happens to the coupe/fastback mustang? I don't see the point of using the Mustang name.
Maybe mustang will becomes a brand on its own......Or the coupe/fastback will...
I dont mind doing mod that would enable me to keep the warranty. This is why I specified that I dont want to do a tune. After speaking with my dealer, I know there are mods that dont void warranty and cold air intake is one of them.
Hello all, I am starting to plan on doing some simple bolt-on mod to my 18 GT PP with active exhaust.
I am not going to do 1/4 miles, maybe a little track, but not often. It is mainly my daily driver.
But I want to start doing some little thing to it, just for fun and to be able to say I did...
Thanks for all the info guys. For now, I will order the shipping as it is not a big amount and I can't wait to try it. But for future part, I will look at all the options talk about here.
Now, hopefully I can install that spring without having the car catch on fire! ;)
Thanks.
Another question tho, anybody knows a place I can order the 20$ spring without paying 25$ of shipping to canada? I hate paying more shipping than the price of the item.
I always said that when I would get my mustang, I would not mod it, but here I am looking for the first mod I want to do on my GT PP 2018! lol.
Anyway, I never did any workon a car, not even changing oil, but now I am looking to order a steeda clutch spring because, well, the clutch feel weird...
