  1. Oil Change Piece of Cake

May I recommend this lovely video where I describe proper usage of the oil filter guide around the 4:24 mark. It can definitely be helpful: I looked it up, you paid exactly $110 one year and 25 days ago :) Thanks to everyone whose purchased!
  2. Oil Change Piece of Cake

If you quiet down we can have a conversation!! Geez! Onto serious business. I’ll let you pick…. 1: VP of marketing 2: Disclaimer in Chief 3: President of global acquisitions for depreciating assets that roll on four wheels. edit to add: I’ll also have to run your new position by my...
  3. Oil Change Piece of Cake

Correct, since I started selling the items nonstop about two years ago, I only sell the filter guide in the set. The price is $110 for the oil filter guide, twist to lock oil funnel, oil funnel dust caps and shipping. Production has been booked out about 2 weeks for the last two years or so...

  5. Drivers Seatbelt doesn’t “ratchet” when pulled all the way out.

While doing HPDE instructing I’ve come to find out that many cars will have the ratcheting seatbelt on the passenger side only (including the 350.) If most cars only have ratcheting seatbelts on the passenger seat, there must be a good reason. Maybe someone smarter like @dpAtlanta might know...
  6. 2020 GT350R Heritage Build Thread (Heavy Build)

My car was 90% track. Front: camber -3.0 is the max I could usually get but would have gone -3.2 if the hardware would allow. Toe in .10 TOTAL Rear: camber -2.20 Toe in .30 TOTAL
  7. Oil Filter removal - reduce mess on removal

The gt350/gt500 oil filters are the smaller style cartridge filters that sit at a 25 degree angle from horizontal instead of the 45 degree angle of the coyote engines (GT, Mach 1). When viewed from the driver side wheel well, it appears the gt350/gt500 oil filter is pointed directly at the...
  8. Oil Filter removal - reduce mess on removal

There’s 70 of you on the waitlist, but unfortunately we were never able to come up with a design that worked 100% of the time. I can promise it’s not from lack of trying. Sorry we couldn’t make it work!
  9. Oil Filter removal - reduce mess on removal

Thanks for the shout out, unfortunately we never cracked the Mach 1 nut, only the gt350 and gt500.
  10. Is this tire toast?

A little better picture of the mini tire showing the carcass still in tact.
  11. Is this tire toast?

I’m no tire expert, but I have corded 20+ sets of Michelins over the last few years on track (on my 350, z06, and mini.). The pictured set is from the mini from two weekends ago. Notice it goes row of cords, then rubber layer, then metal carcass that’s crosshatched. Second pic is from a z06...

Have you seen the flat swisstrax. Perfectly comfortable on bare feet. The downside is they short dirt faster than the typical arc’d tiles. A lot of guys use standard tiles for areas the car will be parked on, and flat for the walkways

Thanks. Nope, zero. 1920 diesel pump handle. The first year or so I used it, the first 2 seconds of water were slightly….. brassy :) The pic I posted is a little old. One of the joints started to leak and I noticed a little corrosion so I switched to all stainless. Trying to learn from...

Ha, thank you very much! The bathroom is above the garage along with more storage.

Amen!! Swisstrax is definitely the way to go in the long term.

Thanks. Lots and lots and lots of hours, but I’ll be here 30+ years so it was worth the investment.
