Can confirm this about the stock manifold with the P1SC. 6300rpm I made 613whp @5.5psi by 7300rpm I was making you guessed it... 613whp...but 10.5psi. I swapped to a BOSS intake manifold and instantly saw 31rwhp gain...a loss of 10wtq though.

I ended up doing the same setup as AHL after seeing his. I love it, but I do say my buddy Ricky's P1X with Red Race is super cool, even though we had a hell of a time installing it too.

I went in this order... HO Kit with ID1000 (not a bottleneck), 8psi pulley. I put down 517whp lund tuned (boost leaks, fixed with tbolt clamps). Pulley swap and MAK inlet at same time 542whp, catted stainless power longtube headers made 613whp, BOSS Intake manifold made 644whp (having vacuum...

I love the under hood appearance of the boss, as for power I am just finishing up my retune and will hit the dyno late this week. Drives nicely though. I love the 3.73 but when you can roast 295 tires on warm pavement in 3rd gear...you need to change how you put the power down.

3.31 gears! That is my next step now that I have my Boss IM on I am around that range. My 3.73 gears are nutty!

Be lucky if it dries up by then, stupid rain...mine feels real healthy if you want to test it out once things get dry we can go for a road trip.

While I am checking out the intercooler piping and such to see if I have any leaks I am going to compression test each cylinder to see if I am running strong (feels strong)...It just feels wrong where we both dyno'd same day minutes apart and got those results...it is something in our setups IMO.

I got on the dyno one car after OP with my HO P1SC kit, ID1000, jms bap...only put down 521whp and 440tq. It was a bit disappointing to say the least.

Make sure your fans didnt come unplugged I had this issue. Are you running the stock thermostat?
