Track Mode/Comfort Steering on D on the shifter (A10).
When I have someone else in the car and/or want a smoother ride/much smoother shifts, then normal. But rarely.
I would have to agree that the Roush Axle-Back + H-Pipe combo would have to be one of the loudest (but good sounding) setups. That was my first setup and I loved it. No drone, but cold starts were obnoxiously loud and it was just a loud setup overall. You could control it somewhat though with...
Anyone have any idea of the right size? I'm just confused on the ID/OD part of it. I know the size is 2.25-3, but 2.25ID-3OD right? Or are they both OD?
Hey so I'm in the process of buying a used Corsa Extreme catback for my 19 GT, but it's missing the X pipe inlet adaptors for the factory header connection. I was looking on Amazon but I just wanted to confirm which one to buy?
Is it 2.5"-3.0"?
or 2.25"-3.0"?
And also which combo of ID/OD...
Thanks for the video. Sounds really good. It's a little hard to tell for me since you also have headers but I liked the volume on yours so if I decided to remove my resonators I'm sure it wouldn't get too crazy and still be okay since I'm still on stock headers.
So I have the AWE Touring catback and I was wondering if anyone who had this experimented with removing the "bottle" resonators behind the H pipe. I wouldn't mind more volume, but I'm not sure how much more volume this would add/how the tone would be affected. Anyone have any input/videos?
Yeah it sure would be nice to have something like that for the A10.
And yeah thanks for the warning. I guess I'll avoid shifting into neutral while in motion, but I'd like to get confirmation on if that's actually a bad thing to do in general? I read a post somewhere that it was bad cause it...
So this may be a stupid question, but I ran into a nice 392 Challenger yesterday with a nice exhaust and I was coming to a stop in the right lane behind an also nice C7 Corvette and the Challenger rolled along the left of me and gave what I took as a friendly rev as he was coming to a stop...
Where are you guys getting your black mirror caps? Or are you painting your originals?
I wanted to do the exact same thing and get black for my originally white mirror caps. If I could buy them that would be nice, just not sure where to.
I've seen a couple completely undercover GTs here in South Florida. Same with the Challengers (and Chargers of course) on the Florida highways. Gotta be careful around everyone these days. I always run a radar detector/Waze when I'm on I95 or the turnpike.
Car from day 1 when I bought it back in May 2020 to what it looked like in January 2021. 250 days later. Sorry about the dirty car.
Thinking if I want to go through with wrapping the roof black as the next exterior mod.
I was in the exact same situation as you a month or 2 back when I decided I wanted to wrap my roof gloss black and then get some accents for the hood vents and the mirrors. They quoted me a super high price for both (like 200 for the mirrors and similar for the vents), so I said screw that and...
Ah I gotcha, I thought you still had the vibrants on this setup. But that's good to hear that you like it so much. I think I'll be happy with the headers even with the resonated H Pipe. Just looking for more a bit more volume while keeping the tone relatively the same.
And yeah my bad, you are...
Thanks so much for the info. That’s exactly what I’m looking for. I used to have a Roush AB/H Pipe and while I absolutely loved the sound it had, I felt maybe it was just a bit too loud. So I switched to the AWE full exhaust and while I love the tone, I could maybe use a slight bump up in sound...
Thanks very much for the info. Appreciate it. As mine is a DD and will be on E85 and 93 when forced to, I guess maybe catted would be a better option for me. Maybe will look into the LTH high flow cats/headers.
Awesome, thanks for the info. I was considering the decision between off-road/catted options for quite a bit, but after reading of people complaining about the smell when idle/windows down, I'm not sure. I know E85 does really help the smell factor, but I know that I won't be able to run E85...
I was thinking about purchasing headers soon also for my E85 Lund tuned '19. I would like to hear what you think on if you feel any power increase with the tune. Also the sound difference and how much louder your car gets with these. I was looking for more sound from my AWE exhaust and headers...
