at the risk of suggesting the obvious, try switching back to oem. they work great for me.

day one off the dealer's lot and as soon as the the engine temp stabilzed i did three easy pulls to mid tach with compression braking back down each pull. then three moderate pulls to moderate tach with full compression braking back down. then three wide open pulls to redline with compression...

good news! i have pp1 with magneride and active exhaust and it has been absolutely problem free. (edit... almost. there was a recall related to possible back up camera overheat issues.)

i kept my pp1 wheels/tires thinking i'd use them for trips or when the weather gets too cold for summer tires (or line lock practice, heh) but i've never put them back on. the wheels are in great shape but lack tps. i will sell them. what's a reasonable asking price?
