Dealers an a lot of shops use pressurized cleaning system for injectors. Its mainly for the injectors, the values would be secondary.
But if the IC part# is the same, then it should work, or very good chance.
Tune is going to take a while, it took a while in 2015 to, depending on what has been changed in ECU.
This can be a pretty common spring installing issue.
What can happen is when you set the spring in the spring perch and lower vehicle (os do struts).
The springs shift slightly and are not matched up perfectly, so you can get a noise.
Many time a prybar can set them better if not to far off...
Just thinking about this more, you also might need liquid media as air is compressible.
You could definitely tell if the sensor was bad (not reading at all or stuck either way).
Yeh but you would need an oscilloscope to test response time, how fast does it respond to voltage vers pressure.
On the pinhole, just a guess it could be a weep hole or possible remove any back pressure that sensor could produce from changing pressure.
That's a real odd issue, misfire to the point of losing power (all cylinders affected) but not throwing a code.
Since its all 4 I would first check things like all grounds arre tight, motor mounts not cracked.
Then maybe check timing, "maybe" if crank bolt loosened it moved timing a bit but not...

no way the 60's, 70's muscle cars would do 13's stock , maybe gt350 with paxton but even then or gt500 (427).
The fast cars were mostly big block engines back then and they did around mid 14's from what i remember.

I think they stayed with cast this time for tight piston clearance (emissions/MPG etc), just like they use low tension piston rings.

AFAIK, with modern ECU, if knock is persistent, ECU will learn and back off whole timing table.

I agree, I think its cooling issue, but also looking at were the knock sensors are located.
#1 between 1st and 2snd cylinders and #2 by 4th cylinder, so #3 doesn't have one right by it.
Not that you want to rely on knock sensor for timing retard as there always a delay (it has to knock first).
IMO, the problem with timeline of catastrophic is the damage was most likely done much earlier before the whole throw the block happens.
From some past experience with damage from detonation is the pistons start to get damage, hairline cracks and then at some point either blows so much oil or...
the vertical cold pipe would definitely help keeping anything down in IC.
Anyway, always get any noise check out when it comes to turbos, I used to check impeller play ever so often (just rough test, check side to side and back to front play).
