Looks like a wheel speed sensor issue. I had the same thing happen on a different car. It could also be a bad fuse sensor. All of the systems are interconnected, so a Traction Control System fault can cause the ABS to go on, power assist for the steering to stop, etc.

They probably won't care for oil changes. It's warranty work where they might look for reasons to skimp out on it because they get paid a lot less for warranty work than they do for customer billed work.

It would probably be need to be programmed each time and will reset most if not all settings every time you swap it out. They may be tied to VIN #'s, etc. Not worth it in my opinion.
