I actually had this exact dilemma. Went with TY and I'm VERY glad I did after having seen RR in person. Just not for me.
Oh, and in what world does THIS "grow old"
I don't work for Corsa Performance Exhaust but I guarantee you that it's worth waiting for!

I'll work on getting info on the weight of their system. I know what they made in terms of power but I can't divulge that info. I'm sure Corsa will release a comprehensive video and info soon. I...
That's how just about every Corsa setup is. My '06 does the exact same thing (Cammed with Kooks LTs, catted-x, and Corsa Xtremes) . Idle is very quiet shortly after start-up.
Talk to Dan at Hypermotive Performance. Good friend of mine and will certainly take care of you guys with excellent customer service. Tell him I sent you.
No I do not. I used to work for a vendor that was an authorized Corsa Performance Exhaust dealer/distibutor. I have a some good friends within the company and after I ordered the vehicle I contacted one of them (a welder) and asked if he knew whether or not they had a car lined up for R&D...
I have a firm grasp of how drone works and that is a great explanation of the effects of deeper tones on drone. However, my point is that this exhaust setup has very deep tones and sounds fantastic in person.
I think everyone here will be pleasantly surprised by the timeline for release (after my discussion with one of my contacts this morning). That's all I can say.
I want to say 4 inches but I'm honestly not sure. I know they told me but I can't remember. I'll measure them and report back shortly.
"Expectations are the root of all suffering"...seemed somewhat applicable. I'm going to try to get more info from Corsa pertaining to a more accurate potential release date for people here. Seems like several members are very interested in the system (which I don't blame you, I absolutely love...
Bass or deep tones have nothing to do with drone. Drone is caused by specific wavelengths "clashing" (very brief definition). This exhaust is full of deep tones. Depending on what you may have used to listen to the video, maybe that setup is lacking. This is not all to similar to the Corsa...
I should have just done the same spot for the windows down WOT but that was about the 5th time within an hour that I went WOT on that stretch of road and I didn't really feel like getting a ticket today lol
Here are the vids...don't mind the editing, I did it very quickly:

I have a before already. The after will be done once my headers are on. I'm not paying for a dyno session to appease anyone when I don't care how much a catback makes (probably 2 - 8 hp max). I'm sure someone will get vid of that, more than likely Corsa has that covered.
