Not uncommon for people swapping coyotes into other platforms to use LS based TB to go with their Holley controller. Same pattern as GT350 though so it still works fine

The pigtails are for 15-17 cars. The only difference is that the new manifold is ported and your stock one isn't. For what it costs, I don't see the ported 18 being a worthwhile purchase unless you can sell your stocker for a real good price

The sensors won’t be rotating if the flaps are stationary. When the sensor reads closed and the PCM is commanding open, you’re going to get a CEL. Or the opposite, depends on the position of the sensor gear
