Car tested, approved, part replaced, no more issues
Then the master mechanic discovered that it was not necessary to remove anything at all,
gaining tatal access..
We went to nearest gas station and I filled the car up normally.
No gas spilled.

Fisrt and foremost, I'd like to thank all fellow members who tried to help me with this uncommon issue.
Second, to transmit a feedback with a solution.
For those not on pair of the issue, my car came with an internal metal ring and flap that made the simple task of filling the car up...
"so the lower flap opens but the nozzle doesn't fit"
