Inspired by Tacklebury's UK Grabber Blue, I'm just about to push the button on changing my Mag order. Fortunately my order hasn't been given a build date yet (October looking likely, but not confirmed), so should have some latitude to change the colour.
Before I do, by any chance, does...
Have build dates for all of September been allocated? I've been told that I should get a September build, but was going to hold off asking the ladies for a week or so.
Stout pair of shoes and an Oyster Card (work during the week in that London).
Part of the agreement with 'er indoors is that the Mustang will be our only car, so as much as I'd dearly love a minor collection of decaying BMWs, I love a solitary 'stang more! :ford:
Turns out the black GT is a neighbour of my in-laws - plate starts with DV. Saw it a couple of times when we were coming/going from their place. :)
Having a good look at it makes me realise that I want to change the rear GT emblem on my mine for a galloping pony :D
My wife has clocked one that lives near Queen's Cross in Aberdeen, just round the corner from the house. Will take a walk by later on. Black coupe with black wheels - no detail if it's an EB or GT. And there's another black coupe, a GT, out near Sauchen. Still not seen any myself in the 'deen :(
Pity they've not developed some cycle carriers for their car of choice. Need to figure that one out as I might have said to 'er indoors that a Mustang need not be a barrier to practicality.
My GT (when it comes) will be our only car so winter preparation will consist of a set of winter tyres - and me watching the underseal thread as I have concerns about Scottish salty roads on the undersides of the car :(
Minus the Maritimes out east, and coastal BC, the vast majority of Canada is just too cold in winter for salt to work. Where I was in Alberta, they didn't salt and just layered chuckies on the roads. Loadsa cars with smashed windscreens.... And if ya saw a rusty car, guaranteed it would have...
Seems to me that the root of all are the teething issues getting the delivery chain from the US to Europe ironed out. After all, apart from the Mustang and the Edge, how many other Fords sold in Europe are manufactured in North America. Seems like they are still getting it figured out, and we...
Personally, I'm content the order is in for my ideal car and perfect spec. Most of the car is in the bank already, so any extra I can save before I get her helps reduce any finance contribution. This car will be a keeper for me so I can wait. Not easily wait, but wait...
Get ready for an intergalactic amount of drinking.
At least that's my experience from 2005. In a friend's chipped RS4 (one of the original) with a dodgy clutch.
I'm tentatively working on plans to drive mine over to the Red Bull Ring in Austria for the 2017 GP, picking up a friend in...
Out of seven cars, three have the Custom Pack. I wonder how representative that is. Probably not very.
Oh, in the quickest order to delivery timelines, my colleague ordered a CO GT at the end of Jan, and has been promised it by the end of June. Last checked it was leaving Southampton...
