I'm sure it will look great when done. I always liked the widebody look on most cars. To go thru that much trouble to make it a wide body, they must really really want a widebody lol.
I've been all over autotrader lately looking for a daily to keep miles off my 2020. That's about the going rate. Which is high. I traded my 2014 gt500 pp with 20k in mods back in late 2019 and only got 33k for it. Which was going rate. Now is the time to sell. Not buy.
My car has been daily driven since I bought it. It does everything besides carry dirty stuff and dogs. It also will pass everything besides a gas station.
I would either relocate or use active exhaust eliminators. If the fuse pull keeps the lights off I would do that too. But I might trigger a dash light.
Nice color and is an awesome car.
Just be ready for all those (better than tho, high and mighty, idgaf money) types in the GT500 section. Mixed with a few nice guys haha.
I own a 2020 GT500. I did a bunch of mods. Plan on doing more. The car will eventually run mid 8s. That being said I agree, this GT500 owners section is full of assholes. It keeps people out of here alot. Keeps new posts Low. Keeps forum traffic down. But hey, they are cooler than 7 second 5.0...
Here is my take on ADMs. If you want to pay it fine. I hope you don't get rear ended in traffic and have normal insurance. Because they will pay you WAY LESS than what you just forked out. You just lost your ass on that car. Or if something in life comes up and you need to trade the car in...
Also the trans module has not been fully unlocked. You can't really mess with auto shifting too much. If you adjust for higher shift points it moves the whole shift numbers up. Even in low throttle conditions.
You have to go out of your way to effect the mpg in the tune on these cars. The afr and stoich is set in the tune and then the car constantly monitors and adjusts to meet that number. There are no fuel tables like older cars.
You guys need to step it up. My 2020 has 24k on it and I daily drive it 70 miles per day. It's modded and won't be a collectable when I'm done with it.
I built my own cold air, my own cat delete and res delete, 2.8 pulley, tune, and 15 inch wheel conversion and 325 50 15 drag radials. Haven't dynoed it to know the output.
I agree. Pbd and Lethal take their big wings off for their 8 second passes. Evolutions car has the standard wing with no flap. I'd still like to know any data relating to true resistance for the guys who want the downforce.
