On Autotrader, Looker Sunderland have a White eco convertible for just under £35k. I dont know how much discount you would get, but its got to be worth a few grand more than a LHD spec that will be hard to sell, but then there is a V8 for just £2k more if you dont want the 'wrong' engine

I have no problem with the Hybrid principal. But, what will it replace? If we lose the ecoboost for the Hybrid, thats fine. The V8 could be epic too, but i am not interested unless its a manual. So far only Honda have made manual Hybrids. Maybe a 2019 Mustang will be the one to have.
