According to the instructions for the Ford anti-roll bars I installed, there was to be no grease put on the rubber bushings.

According to The Tire Rack, the ideal size-width for as 18 x 8 wheel is a 245/45/18. That is what I went with. Correct the tire size via ForScan. This is optional as going from a 235/50/18 to 245/45/18 is minimal.
