I would have gotten the package, but I insisted on Saddle leather and Premier came only in Black or Red. They lost lots of sales by restricting the color.

Had to loosen the shift knob and it allowed the collar to be pulled up far enough to open the shift gate. But then I had to tighten the shift knob. At least I know the problem now. Thanks all.

Thanks dgc333. Tried this and it worked. Had to loosen the shift knob and it allowed the collar to open the shift gate. But then I had to tighten the shift knob. Can I remove the knob and put a 'spacer' so I don't have to unloosen knob all the time?

It has the stock shifter. All seems normal, except that when I pull up on the shift collar it does not open the 'gate' to the left side of the pattern allowing it to get to reverse gear. This is troubling.....

Got in the car today in my garage, and it would not go into Reverse. Used the shift collar on the six speed manual as normal, moved car forward and back, but could not get it to go into Reverse. Anybody else ran into this? Thanks in advance. Pigdoc

I went from '06 GT Prem 5MT vert to a '15 EB Prem 6MP fastback, and the new one is better in every way but sound. The EB is far too quiet. But the Saddle leather seats are superb.

Remember you can adjust the steering wheel (in, out, up, down) to balance for leg length and arm length and personal preference. That's a great addition.

Just finished first tank on EB Prem 6MT, 300+ miles, 28mpg, mixed driving as average speed was just 40mph. Pretty much Sport+ at all times. Sport+ mode does make it a sports car as it really peps it up. Great car so far.
