A couple of reasons why I ended up getting the little sidekick blower, firstly it filters the incoming air so it is not sucking dust and grit and blowing it on your car. It has a foam filter at the base. Secondly it blows slightly warm air, not hair dryer hot but warm, this helps with the quick...
I got it from Car care products online, Google metrovac "Sidekick". These little blowers have some serious airflow. Built in the USA, the small hand held blower / brother of the Masterblaster trolley blower.
Last weekend I dried my whole car with this little blower, no microfiber cloth or...
I got myself one of those Masterblaster side kick blowers, the best little gadget. So much air, it blasts the water off the car in no time, wheels and all the hidden water traps.
I looked at Michelin MPSS for my stock wheels, but in Australia I cant get 40 aspect front and rear in MPSS, only rears (I think). If I go 35 aspect it may look silly on stock wheels with the car not lowered. I don't know what to go for after the Pzero's wear out.
Fitted today, my new Borla Touring (US Spec) Cat Back system.
I was after that nice old school sound, deep and throaty but not to loud. First thoughts as I have not driven far as yet, "Love it".
Thank you Fred Vogtland Mustang
Maybe I should ask my dealer for the boot / trunk lid pinch mod, I like going fast in reverse. I would hate to damage the car!!:lol::lol:
Don't worry Erez, most of us have that bonnet pinch to some degree.
Today I got my Opticoat Pro+ done by "Dan" at the "Ultimate Detailer" in Knoxfield, Victoria.
I just love the work that Dan did, he is a passionate car person and it shows
It was the info on this forum that lead me to these two companies. So glad!!
While there across the road I saw a black GT FB with "Sickaz" plates having tint work and the decklid was removed, and a CO GT FB parked near by.
Fitted today, front parking sensors. Done at the factory of the "Ultimate Detailer" in Knoxfield, Victoria. Dan who owns the Ultimate Detailer allowed Tim to use his factory to fit the sensors before working on my car himself.
Tim Lengs who owns "MCS Electronic Services" supplied and fitted...
Tomorrow I take my girl to get some loving, Opticoat from Dan at the Ultimate detailer at Knoxfield, Vic and front parking sensors from MSC. Pick her up Friday, next week hopefully I get to fit my Borla touring system.
After much procrastination thinking about S type Borla axle backs and then putting the order on hold, today I ordered and paid Fred from Vogtland for a Borla full touring cat back system.
Got a great deal and great advice, recommend him for anyone considering a Borla system.
My car has only done over 1100 Klms, I find the gearbox fine. No funny noises or problems. The biggest problem is me!!
Getting used to a six speed coming from 4 and 5 speeds, learning the gate positions etc. I do have problems at times shifting from 4th to 3rd or 2nd when driving sedate, almost...
